What is the delivery time for my order?
The delivery time varies from 6 to 12 business days after dispatch.
Update: Most parcels arrive a little faster in the UK again! Normally you will receive your parcel within 9 business days after dispatch.
What should I do if I have not yet received my order?
If the delivery time of 6-12 business days has passed and you still haven't received your order, please send an email to contact@lily-london.uk. We will find out what is wrong with your parcel.
I want to exchange/return my order, how do I do that?
If you want to send a return, just contact our customer service team at contact@lily-london.uk. Provide your name, the order number (e.g. #0000) you received in your confirmation email and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with the return address and confirm the return. Once that's done, you can send the product to us via a courier company of your choice.
What does it cost to return?
Returns to us are unfortunately made at your own expense. The costs will therefore depend on the courier company. You can find more information about pricing on the website of the courier company you wish to use. What are the conditions for returning my products?
There is always a 14-day return period. The return period starts on the day you receive the item. However, there are certain conditions for returns.
You can only return the item if:
The return period has not yet expired.
The product is in its original packaging with all labels still attached.
The product has not been used.
What payment methods can I use?
We accept payment via various payment methods, such as: credit card and Amex, if you are not sure if your payment method is accepted, please follow the steps on the payment page to see all possible options.
All transactions go through secure and reliable payment systems and are therefore safe.
What happens if I haven't received my order confirmation email?
No, I haven't. First check your SPAM inbox to see if the email has been filtered as spam. If this is not the case send an email with your full name and email address to contact@lily-london.uk. We will help you quickly.
Can I cancel my order?
Do you want to cancel your order for any reason? Send an email to contact@lily-london.uk as soon as possible. Please include your name, the order number (e.g. #0000) you received in your confirmation email and the reason why you wish to cancel your order. If your order is already fulfilled and received its trackingnumber, this is unfortunately not possible. The package is handed over to the couriernetwork overnight and it will take 1 to 3 days to be proccessed and get live tracking.
